A beautiful hotel that is downhill from the train station and next to lots of public transportation and the Colosseum! Their hospitality is of very high quality and they even have a pillow menu. The breakfast is well worth it. We enjoyed it every morning.

Wonderful hotel. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious. You can comfortably call the front desk if you need anything- we called regarding the restaurant as well as an ironing board. They remind you with a slip under the door if your DND sign is up and you would like housekeeping. The location is fantastic with many restaurants and shops nearby as well as of course the Colosseum! You could walk over every day if you’d like. I’d venture to say this is the top pick of hotels if you want to stay in Rome near the Colosseum and not the area by the Trevi Fountain as it of course depends on what you are looking for. The price is very fair and the rooms with a view give you just a little more space to enjoy Rome and have some tea, coffee, or wine outside after a day of exploring. :) Some oversights- I personally do not like the all-in-one body wash and shampoo as it left gunk in my hair, the rooms are quite small, the entrance to the tub are quite high (I have not looked into if they have accessible bathrooms so it is possible that they do- and if so I would return in a heartbeat with family). Still it was a 5/5 stay for me!!!

Was a basic hotel; good location was it's main feature. Rooms ok, nothing special, a bit pricey I thought. Service was good, desk was helpful, bar and dining room, breakfast was a bit odd, food was kind of lukewarm at best. Probably won't use next trip.

Excellent location! It is a walk away from the colossuem and palentine hill . There are many restaurants in the street of the hotel. Staff were very friendly including Roberto in the reception area, he truly made our stay special. The breakfast is amazing and they have a massive variety however they do have 2 breakfast rooms , 1 in which they keep closed if the hotel is empty. However the 2 breakfast rooms had different options and I preferred the breakfast from the room they kept closed for majority of our stay. I am also very disappointed in the cleanliness of our rooms. We had booked 3 rooms all of which were on the same floor. Our rooms were not cleaned until 3pm on one of the days. The staff takes extremely long and all they do is make up the bed and change the towels. Our curtains had not been opened or dirt taken out. Please do work on your house keeping. Other than that we had a pleasant stay!

Very nice Hotel in a decent location. It is about 4 blocks from the Colesseo. The staff was excellent and very attentive. The Breakfast buffet had the best selection I have ever had. My only issue was finding the Hotel parking--it was close to the Hotel but difficult to find.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
