        THE BEST HOTEL IN FLORENCE. I've been to the city many times, but since I discovered Hotel Calzaiuoli I've never changed my accommodation. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the location is perfect too, but the thing that makes this place SPECIAL is the kindness and welcome that the staff gives to all the customer!!! Another positive note is certainly also the well-stocked breakfast offering excellent quality Italian products. Good job Oreste and all the staff!!!!!!

        Great place as my husband and I had to switch to this hotel due to a mishap at another hotel. Rooms are clean and location can’t be beat! Staff are a bit unfriendly and when I sent my things for laundry service, one item was not returned. Understanding that mistakes happen, there was no attempt to let Me know of what happened, and even so the person at the front desk did not apologize on their behalf. Instead I was met with attitude. The solution was that they will ship it to me which is fine but I just did not like how this situation was handled at all. This left a very bad taste in my mouth. Otherwise- hotel was good!

        This was my third stay at the hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and the location is perfect. I love having the view outside my window onto the historic Florence streets. Looking forward to my next stay.

        A few weeks ago we returned for our customary stay at the Hotel Calzaiuoli. Under the stewardship of Mr Conza, ably assisted by Raymond, the hotel continues to provide an excellent service throughout. The ladies managing the breakfast area were great too. This was probably our 15th visit to HC, and we are looking forward to our visit next year. A presto.!!!

        Location! Can’t beat this location, easy access to almost any major spot. Room is very comfortable and clean, we on the 3rd floor, facing street but surprisingly quiet. Good breakfast and very helpful staffs.
