        Okay, complicated to give a rating for this apartment. Good objective points, less good subjective ones, downright very bad objective ones. In the end, everyone will make their own rating based on what they consider essential and what they consider secondary or forgivable. OBJECTIVE GOOD POINTS: -The location: Quiet area, just a few minutes' walk from two metro stations directly serving the Duomo. Two mini-markets also nearby (be careful of the marketing hub which is very small and very expensive). For walkers (like us), the center of Milan and its main notable sites are about 25-30 minutes away on foot. -The surface area of ​​the apartment: really very large, two bedrooms plus a convertible in the living room, two bathrooms, small terrace, lots of storage... -Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. -Free and fast WIFI, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, traditional oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, kettle: (almost) everything is there. THE LESS GOOD SUBJECTIVE POINTS: -The extremely old-fashioned decoration of the apartment: rococo bathrooms, dated furniture, bed covers with printed horses... All of this deserves a real facelift when we see what is offered elsewhere for prices similar. -There are two or three things missing that would contribute to comfort: hair dryer, toaster for example. THE VERY BAD OBJECTIVE POINTS (OR EVEN CREDITABLE): -The bathrooms. OK, there are two, but in what condition... The shower doors of the smallest (green and white decoration) hold by some miracle and close as a kit: you have to accompany each panel with the help with both hands, otherwise they will fall. All while forcing like hell, nothing sliding anymore. In both bathrooms, you have to wait 3 hours for the water to heat up. She then yo-yos both in terms of temperature and pressure: you can burn yourself on a trickle of water and the next second you freeze yourself with high pressure water. The tablecloth provided is also very stained and struggles to hide the misery. -In one room, a broken chair, elsewhere a wandering electrical outlet, on our arrival a shower hose worn to the wire: all this is not serious, it's a shame. -French doors that no longer lock (vestibule): nice for burglars... To summarize, an apartment which, like showers, blows hot and cold. It could have an excellent rating once the points raised have been resolved, but ultimately has a mediocre rating, mainly because of its bathrooms (still a very important point when you spend your days on the move and dream of a good shower when you get home) and its aging or dirty furniture (the sofa). Personally, if I had to come back to Milan, I would take another apartment.
