The condition of this hotel is not the best(clean but do not provide refrigerator and microwave in the room) but their front desk team are the best! The front desk team of the hotel is extremely friendly and patient. From the moment I checked in, they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. A crucial point is they understand and speak English very well which helped me a lot as a visitor that do not know Spanish. Also, I was particularly impressed by their attention and attitude, which demonstrates their professional capacity in customer services and indicated that they were well-trained by Fiesta group!

Nice rooms, but the service is not too good, (had a hard time getting a towels for the pool) the pool is nice but needs more attention to clean it from the palm trees debris, dirt and some dead mosquitoes, also if you have a car, the parking is limited, if you get there too late it's full

Really enjoyed my stay here with the family. The place is clean, the restaurant breakfast buffet was very nice and the staff was generous.

I stayed there for three weeks. For some nights it's okay but more than one week it is not very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and most of them speak English, the room itself was okay, that's the good thing. When you want to take a shower and you open the water it smells horrible, the air conditioner sounds like one of the old trucks that drive outside the hotel. The pool is dirty and full of bird poo. In the restaurant the food is mostly okay, but the service is getting worse every day you go there.
