Great two night stay. Location is great right across the street from the pedestrian path in Oia (but not a cave house on the front side). Value was incredible. Went in off season and still things to see and do. Staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Helped me to schedule airport/ferry transfers. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and delicious. Great stay and great value for the price!!

I stayed at the Fileria Suites hotel in early October and would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others! The location is ideal and within walking distance to all the main attractions in Oia. The hotel staff is very helpful, professional and friendly. The rooms are extremely clean and look brand new. You can't go wrong staying at Fileria Suites!

We loved our experience in Fileria Suites since the very beginning. Once we have contacted them to book a room, they already have been very nice and friendly with us. Once in Santorini, we had the confirmation that the Staff is very welcoming and loved their job. They arranged also a driver that came and picked us up late in the evening, when our plane came. Once checked in, we could choose what to have for breakfast the day after. There is a large choice and you can also choose the time frame, when they will bring it directly to your room. It has been fabolous! The room were very tidy, ours was tiny but we did not need any space as we just stayed for one night. You can reach Oia’s city center within 10 minutes by walk. The price is very good for the area and for the offered service. Thank you to all the team! ❤️

Loved my experience at Fileria Suites from the moment I booked till I left. This is a cute boutique hotel, just across the only/main road in Oia. It doesn’t have sea view but definitely compensates with cost and convenience. Two-story building, my room had a cute balcony. The breakfast is included in price and is delivered to your your room at requested time. Free WiFi. The a/c was working great! Shower pressure is great, and no water temperature fluctuations. The customer service is on point - they reached out as soon as I booked and recommended pick up/ drop off from airport and port, as well as boat tours. Which I ended up booking since the price was fair. My luggage was already in the car on my departure - absolutely great service! The hotel is walking distance to anywhere in Oia. It has convenient access to the main promenade with all gift shops just across the street. Also, highly recommend Melitini across the street - great Greek tapas!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
