When we arrived at around 6pm, our room was not yet ready and they made us wait around 30 mins. Upon arriving at the room, the shower drain was clogged and caused flooding in the bath area (Room 605). It took them another 30 minutes or so trying to unclog it unsuccessfully, which delayed our dinner plans and reservation. We requested for a room transfer the same night. In our new room, the remote for the bidet was not working. For good points, the room was spacious, the view was great, and breakfast was good I guess.

The location is intentional. It's either convenient for you or not. Was not able to stay in the hotel. There are lots of parking available. The mall is connected to the hotel. Had their buffet breakfast. It was an amazing selection of pastries, bread, Filipino, Korean, continental, and Chinese selections. It's worth coming back.

I recently stayed here last Jan.06-08 and was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding level of service I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in process. The concierge and Ms. Johanne was exceptionally knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions.

Upon arrival, the check-in process at Fili Hotel was notably sluggish, particularly at our initial reception line which moved at a snail's pace. A strategic switch to another line proved more efficient, with the second receptionist displaying a commendable level of proficiency by attending to multiple guests in the time it took the first to assist just one. This was a first in my extensive travel experience, both domestically and internationally, and not in a good way. The rooms, while aesthetically pleasing with thoughtful design elements, were marred by an unpleasant odor that hinted at inadequate cleaning rather than ongoing construction, which was apparent elsewhere in the hotel. Out of the three rooms booked, two failed to offer the fresh and welcoming atmosphere one would expect. Despite the initial drawbacks, Fili Hotel redeemed itself somewhat with its commendable facilities. The fitness center, gym, and spa were well-maintained and served as a nice retreat from the room's less than inviting scent. Fili Hotel presents a conundrum—flashes of potential overshadowed by fundamental flaws. The check-in process and room cleanliness were significant detractors from an otherwise average hotel experience. With a rating teetering on the edge of three stars, it's clear that with more attention to customer service efficiency and room maintenance, [Hotel Name] could easily elevate its standing. For now, it remains squarely in the realm of the mundane, not quite rising to the level of a memorable stay.
