I've stayed here on two occasions. Clean, modern facilities. Great location very close to Bluport mall and also very easily accessible from anywhere. Beach is across the road. Check in was easy, smooth effortless. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here if coming to Hua Hin 👍

I would highly recommend this company. For a few months now they have provided me with maid services for my condo and done an excellent job. While there are many cleaning companies available I doubt there are many that provide the attention to detail that First Choice supply. The very fact that I am taking the trouble to write a review about a cleaning service is testament to the quality of service I am receiving.... do yourself a favour and book them yourself, you won't be disappointed.

One of the nicest places I have ever stopped. The accommodation is modern, clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and have those thoughtful little things that makes this so special. The staff, from 'Apple' who welcomes you with the biggest smile in Thailand to the cleaners and security guards, all polite and very professional. A little bit out of the town centre, it is a short ride on a Tuk Tuk or the Baht Bus which pass every few minutes and your in the heart of Hua Hin. A short walk takes you to the most beautiful of beaches or it is very pleasant just lazing around the accommodations pool. Would certainly recommend this place.

Before you book this "hotel" don't expect any hotels service. Is more like hiring an apartment. We stayed there for 4 days (3 night) we asked the staff about the cleaning and the girl that answer the phone said that they do the cleaning when we check out and "this is not a hotel service"... The room we had was ok. Nothing special. The bed was comfortable. But the service could improve! People put trash in front of the door at lunch and when we get back at afternoon the trash was still there. The check out system was a little bit weird. We just left the keys to the guard in front of the hotel...

Fresh studio with possibilities to cook light meals.be aware that it is not a hotel what so ever! Paper thin walls so you can hear your neighbor drop a pin on the floor. No reception and therefor also extremely poor service. We spent 5 days looking for staff that could replace our nasty old crumbled pillows to a couple of fresh ones. They wanted to charge us 50 thb / pillow even though we had payed the "hotel rate" and not the "long stay rate". They cleaned and changed towels an bed sheets ONCE in 14 days. No sunbeds at the pool and the "gym" stinks from mold. However, if you don't mind a holiday without any service, then this place is for you.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
