Hotel was at a good location and had spacious rooms. We had a deluxe room with an extra bed. When we first arrived to the hotel the receptionist seemed inadmissible. After reaching to the room we find out that the bathroom wall was completely transparent and the sliding door malfunction revealing everything inside. After requesting 3-4 times finally someone came to fix it. The staff was wonderful however the management was very slow. And costumer service was mediocre. The hotel breakfast was good.

Found it to be a good place if you are looking to stay indoors and relax within a resort. Although located near the main market, it's in a secluded pocket away from the hustle and bustle. It has an awesome pool as well as gym & spa facilities. The rooms are comfy and service is quite prompt. When free you can stroll around and have a taste of the nearby nightlife. The only area of improvement would be the in-house restaurant which was smelly and not really well maintained.

What a Awesome place the bookings first of all we came in way late around 2:am they have a security guard that will escort you to the main reception it is a bit hard to find on your own. The rooms were awesome they all come with a safe that's actually pretty good and the give free water coffee tea everyday beds are a bit stiff but quite comfortable a amazing thing they do here is room service in the late mornings they clean your whole room and they are lovely they even restock the whole tray with Conditioner shampoo Shower gel shower caps Q-tips soap everyday the balcony's are quite big you get a table with two chairs that are quite comfortable the one thing I would like them to be more clear about it's there washing service they don't tell you the price of the washing until they have washed it is quite expensive 600baht we're for instance you could get it done down at the countless washing mats for a Max of 250baht Overall I would recommend this place for any type of traveller

If I could, I would rate 0 for service. They provided us with 2 cups of coffee in the room. We went by the pool one morning with one of the cup and forgot it there. Someone from the hotel took it at some point. When we were about to leave, they wanted to charge us for the cup. We had to fight with them so that they gave us our deposit back. WORST service ever! The staff is not friendly and welcoming at all. On top of that, people make noises until 11:00pm by the pool and you can hear everything from the room next to you. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Don’t stay there.

The hotel was huge and had several rooms. The swimming pool and the Christmas decorations were good. The breakfast buffet had multiple options and few Indian options as well. The location was bit isolated. We had to walk quite a distance to reach the beach. The rooms were good. We stayed here for 3 days and had a good time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
