        Service from their central office is average but the building maneger is tops 5 stars. He was very helpful. The pictures make the place look bigger than it is, in apartment 10, your suitcases can not stay in the room. The way it was initially set up, i couldnt even fit into the room and I'm not a BIG person. The bed was moved around so that made more room. After the initial hiccups, i got use to the place and it's fine, has what you need, just don't expect luxury. What is shocking is no cleaning mid stay no matter how long you stay. Any professional management company ought to know that benefits both the guest and company so the place isn't in a horrible state if you happen to get unlucky and have a dirty person. Forunately i clean up after myself just wanted a linen change but was told I would need to pay. NAAAAAAH! Would i stay again? Yes. It works esp if you want to stay in central London.

        The Flat is nice, quite large (as per London standards), the equipment is Okay. The location is fantastic and that is the best feature of this location. Not really clean (dust and hairs flying all over), but the worst is the door slam contest that takes palce every night. If you want to have a decent night in your bed, then pick another place.

        They cancelled our stay day before arrival. They offered another place instead, but with worse location and much lower rating (6.0 on booking vs 8.0). We declined this option. Now we cannot find anything in the price range we can afford and we will need to cancel the trip. Do not book them if you want to be sure that your travel will take place :(

        One of the reasons for booking these apartments was that there was a lift (we have a baby) We arrived a week ago and the lift didn't work. Every day we have to go down 5 floors with the child and the stroller. In theory today they fixed it but , oh surprise.... It still doesn't work and when you try to call it's almost impossible contact them and we are staying here one more week. The apartment and location are fine, but these details are not typical of accommodations of this price and the maintenance and utensils to clean either. We will not recommend this apartment, it's a shame.

        Buried in the small print is the fact that this company will charge you a hefty security deposit (we were told 600 GBP) and make you sign a rental contract before confirming your stay. Past reviewers say they had trouble getting their deposit back. I wish I had read the full reviews earlier!! I cancelled the reservation and will not be using this company.
