The price were slightly above average but rooms were ok, equipped with smart tv. However, the sheet and pillow cover were quite dirty as there were many stains even blood stains. The room floor was a bit dirty too as I can feel something stuck to my feet where I'm walking bare footed. Other than that, the room amenities were pretty ok but not other facilities in the hotel.

The hotel is clean and the room is big enough for couples. They have a Netflix too. If you are a fan of walking then it has a walking distance from kallang MRT. And very nearby bus station like like less than 2 min walking. The area also has many restaurants (Indian, Chinese, muslim food, etc). One thing that i did not like is that the housekeeping service entered the room while I was sleeping (they knocked though), so keep sure to lock the door. Other than that it was a pleasant staying.

A perfectly decent and clean hotel with larger than average rooms in Singapore. The bed was comfortable, WiFi adequate (though not amazingly fast). Rooms had a TV with a limited range of channels. A mini bar/fridge with tea and coffee making as available. A nice touch were free hot and cold drinking water dispensers by the lifts on every floor and jugs to transport to your room. The location is a little out of the way. Kallang and Mountbatten MRTs are about 15 minutes walk away or a little further to stadium.

A good stay for a few days with enough spacious rooms with equipped LED curved tv and Soundbar for relaxing entertainment placed in our staying room first time seeing . The filter water machine was placed near the lift so we can fill it whenever we want . Some commercial connectivity is nearby from this hotel 🏨 so we can get it by walkable distance. The family room staying in a little congested single bedroom is good enough seems . Each time we went out room service used to clean our room neat and tidy . Over all good staying experiences. Before check-in they asked for an advance amount for deposit and it was refunded.

Location was 15-20 from key parts of the city via public transport. The walk to the nearest station was around 1km. The rooms were okay in size and had fairly good amenities. However they lacked cleanliness and the staff wouldn't accept this. They didn't do anything when I showed them the dirtiness of the sheets and the quilt cover and management failed to take my comments on board and haven't responded to any emails since my stay. Thoroughly disappointed, expected a lot better, especially considering the amount paid for a room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
