This hotel had the friendliest staff I have ever experienced! The manager always greeted us all by name, they asked the breakfast staff to open up 30 minutes early for us since we had an early tour, and went out of their way to help in any way possible to make our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast options were probably the best I have ever seen. The location was great! It was easy walking distance to a beautiful beach and just a short ride into town. Notes about visiting Vietnam: the hotel exchanges money at a great rate but can't usually more than $1,000 without advanced notice. Also, download the Grab app to order vehicles to take you places.

Absolutely fantastic hotel experience. Staff really go out of their way to treat guests with care. In particular, Sen was so lovely! She went out of her way to learn the names of all 8 people in our group! We felt very welcome and nothing was missed. If I had to think of any downside, it was only that the location of this hotel was not as great as some others nearby. There was a vacant lot next door which is less than picturesque, and the distance to Hội An Ancient Town was about 20 minutes drive - not terrible but wouldn't have minded being a little closer. Still, if we go back to Hội An we would happily go back to Fivitel!

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The staff under supervision of Hana and Duyen was polite, very professional and helpful. Tidy rooms with great view. Everything in the hotel was clean. Every morning large variety of tasty food for breakfast. Location of the swimming pool on the roof offers a feeling of privacy. In general amazing experience.

We had a great stay here, and the staff was great too. The infinity pool has the best view of the beaches and mountains...great place to watch sunset and dip in during the hot days too. Location is as mentioned and was no surprise. It's right across the beach area...and there are a few great seafood places around the corner (not the ones on the beaches which are pricey ).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
