Very good and new hotel actually. I would give 4.5 stars actually. But their wifi is extremely slow. It's definitely unacceptable. Furthermore you cannot pay with card. If you don't depend on Wifi, I can highly recommend this hotel.

DO NOT stay under any circumstances, take it from me. I am not sure who these people are that leave good reviews. I sleep in different hotels every single night, and this is by far the worst mattress and pillow I have ever used. In fact. I had to get up at midnight and find a new hotel and they did not even apologise or want to refund me avoid this place at all costs. The hotel is all brand new and has all the nice finishes like marble and granite, yet they can’t even spend money on the mattress or pillows. Staff not friendly in anyway

Excellent stay, room is a bit small and not soundproof but the room is cozy. Also have nice outdoor area on top. The staff is also very friendly. Good money to value ratio. Location is also strategic, but the road outside is a bit narrow so sometimes have to wait for transport longer due to traffic.

Nice budget hotel, cozy and comfy room. But one thing must to be more attention, the water heater is more develop to be better, and for the rooftop need add more chair or bench, and add small table

Hotel seems like newly built. Very clean. Got rooftop to stay. Bed and room are clean. But during our stay,the toilet refresher is a bit too stong. Its make our room a little uncomfortable wiih the refresher smell. Overall its a good hotel. Its near the monumen nasional,and stasiun gambir just a walk away.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
