I probably spoil myself at home so I wasn't stoked about this room. The bathroom doesn't close all the way. You only get one tiny soap so you can choose to use it to wash your hands or use it in the shower. We went out and bought soap. The room is clean and you could not top the view! I was in love with view. I just couldn't wait to get home to soap, hot water, and big fluffy towels located in a room with a door that closes. I love Vegas because the entire town is walkable. You can walk everywhere or get public transport! I walked ten miles a day while visiting and I loved it. It isn't strenuous or anything. The entire place is full of places you can hang out and all the restrooms are clean. I love the flamingo habitat. I was really happy with my visit.

We had an excellent, huge remodeled room with a beautiful view of the Sphere and the High Roller. It could not have been better or more convenient for our family of two adults and two near adults. The casino and dining are not high grade but they're decent and clean and the location is incredible. We walked everywhere. Would definitely stay again. Room amenities were sparse, the spacious kitchen area could have used a microwave

The room was clean, went through with a black light and only found one concerning spot, but it was off in a corner and everything else was clean. The shower seldom had hot (or even warm) water, most of the time it was cold. Pools were closed and the wifi only lets two devices on in the room without charging an additional $15/ device per day, while having no good signal to connect to a mobile network. I like to finish on a high note and I'll say that having access to the tram from right outside the hotel was nice.

This hotel, while iconic with lovely views of the strip, looks to be need of maintenance, repair and a deep cleaning. The couch in the room was stained and very dirty. Closet lights and TV in the bathroom did not work. Tile floor and walls of bathroom were very dirty and had not been cleaned well. The glass shower door leaked water all over the floor when used, and I am talking a big puddle requiring several towels to keep it from running into the bedroom. It clearly has been an issue for a bit now as the metal feet to the vanity were rusted. The bedding was worn and thin. This was a big disappointment. Compared to other hotels we visited in the area this one falls very short. It was obvious that the Flamingo needs a big renovation if it is going to continue to charge what they do and keep customers returning. I wouldn't reccommend staying here unless they make some changes and updates.

I stayed here last over 10 years ago and it was really disappointing. But this time was much better. The room was renovated and felt big and modern. The bathroom was clean with fresh towels, but they forgot to put in the shampoo and body wash. The check-in and out line was crazy, but I get it because of CES. Overall, not bad, and I'll probably come back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
