Honestly one of the best places I've stayed at in New Zealand. To my understanding there are two buildings at this location and the one we stayed at had one suite downstairs and 4 upstairs. 1 common area upstairs with a air con, mini fridge, microwave, table, and couch as well as the shared bathroom that has a bathtub, separate shower, toilet, and two sinks. Downstairs has a common area with a dinning table and couch and the other common area has 3 tables, air con, a full size kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery, etc, a deck outside, as well as a couch and futon. In addition there is a shared bathroom downstairs with just a toilet and sink. Very clean and great amenities. Would definitely recommend if you don't mind sharing a bathroom. The only thing I can think of that wasn't the best was the soundproofing which could be better.

A real bargain! Very comfortable and stylish. The staff are friendly and the houses are stunning. Much more convenient and the usual lodge or hotel. It's in a very nice bright neighbourhood and has parking. It's secure to park our on the street because it's safe. Looking forward to having another stay. The houses are very modern.

For being late to check-in as I had booked from an overseas app the racist hotel person named Imran made me and my family wait for an hour and let us check in after making me apologize. I had a 5 month old baby with me and my wife who barely managed to get to NZ after a 40 hour long flight with the baby. This moron has no emotion and taunted me in every single way. This is the worst experience of my life . He claims this is the culture of New Zealand. Is this how customers are treated ? I didn't get the self check-in instructions as my overseas number linked with the app was used for the booking. I didn't know I was supposed to check-in before 10 but is that reason enough to harass your customers Infront of their family ?

We stayed 3 nights in a very Immaculate accomodation which is warm and cosy on a winters night with plenty of heating. The property is located in a very quite area of flat bush nestle in a bright neighbour hood with shops only minutes away. Plenty of parking in a safe area and only 10 minutes away from Papakura. Lyle, who greeted us on arrival is very pleasant and very helpful. We would recommend FHA to family and friends and look forward to our next stay.

We stayed in a self- contained unit and had instant access to the communal area, everything convenient. The unit is absolutely stunning, the decor themed, very stylish and modern. If you like style, comfort and cleanliness, then this is the place to be. Thank you FHA for a pleasant stay

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
