        Very very basic room. No coffee/tea facilities in our room. You do get voucher for breakfast at Strabbioni across the road. Lovely restaurants in area. We had tv and ensuite. Fridge in room. Decoration needs updating and there was no lighting on the stairs, which is safety risk . Small elevator. Also noticed smell of greasy food from our window. Shower was lovely.

        I stayed in the "suite" on Via Flavia in June for a couple of days for work. The photos on the various platforms absolutely do not correspond to what the room actually looks like, which as per my posted photos clearly requires maintenance. Once I checked in I sent my concerns via WhatsApp and my messages were simply ignored, no response. In general I found the staff quite arrogant and uncourteous, right from the moment of booking.. The location is ok. Not recommended!

        I do not recommend this accommodation. The wifi performance was horrible, it didn't reach room 507. The toilet cistern is broken and makes annoying noises all day and night. The hotel reception is in a flat 10 minutes from the accommodation, this is not explained or specified when making the reservation and you have to travel absurd distances with your suitcases. And the accommodation is located on another property where there is no type of staff or reception, very bad. The treatment was not good, we had unforeseen problems with the hot water that took a while for them to respond to us to resolve, we also asked if they could store the suitcases after checking out at 10:00 and we also did not get a response. The walls of the accommodation are quite scratched and dirty. VERY BAD, NOTHING RECOMMENDED. There are accommodations for the same money that are much more worth it, they are great benefits. The facilities need a major renovation. In addition to a major reform of the workforce, which of course are not useful to serve the public. They offer breakfast but it's not worth it, the room area has nothing, not even a simple 24-hour machine to buy water. Regrettable accommodation.

        Terrible experience. For me it's worth 0 stars. I had problems with my payment card so I immediately contacted the property to ask for clarification and resolve the situation. I was told to send a WhatsApp message but I never received a response. I then contacted booking assistance who immediately tried to resolve the problem, telling me that they would contact the facility and that everything was fine, not to worry. In the evening I received an email saying that my reservation had been cancelled, I called the property again and the same person as in the morning replied in an aggressive, rude and approximate manner. As a solution, the gentleman offers me the exact same room for three times what I had to pay initially. I do not recommend this facility for anything in the world, there is no way one would behave in this way with a customer and not provide adequate assistance even before arriving at the facility. Very bad

        It leaves a lot to be desired, the air does not cool at all and we are in August, the bathroom is terrifying, the cistern does not drain water and does not let you sleep without mentioning that there are no blinds or curtains, the cleaning is terrible and the breakfast option is not advisable Since the bar you have to go to is very rude and poorly run, I don't recommend it.
