This vantage point grants us a panoramic view of the emerald waters dotted with majestic limestone pillars, painting an unforgettable scene from sunrise to sunset. when we are talking about the accommodations of FLC it self > Step into a world of refined elegance, where spacious and contemporary suites boast floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the captivating bay views. Plush furnishings, luxurious bathrooms, and private balconies complete the picture of indulgent comfort. Option for a sea-facing villa for an even deeper immersion in the bay's magic. Completed with its in house 21 Sky club at level#21, own one of the biggest golf court plus cheap life cost of Ha Long recommended for business trip, family honeymoon trip to enjoy the beautiful and cozy weather of Ha Long. Most of people will take a tour direct from Hanoi on itinerary to visit Ha Long Bay, but I recommend to spend night over in FLC Grand to explore the beauty of Ha Long Bay

I have been here for more than 3 times, the room view is stunning as you see the whole city from the top of the mountain (if you choose the city view instead of the golf view). There are 2 pools, panorama and 4 seasons. Morning buffet is good, at bit noisy and crowded. The room is nice with a coffee machine, tables with good lamps. Car parking is easy, this hotel is close to every other places.

The place was more than I expected. The staff were very attentive and helpful. As a person with a disability they went out of their way to help and make me feel included. The beauty of the scenery was overwhelming. This was a trip you hope to have and the hotel and staff delivered more than I hoped for. The food at the place was great, recommend the pizza. I hope to come back and enjoy it again. Thank you to the staff!

Excellent value for money. Large room with amazing views. Bamboo restaurant was very good. The Sky lounge for drinks was excellent. Infinity pool was large and very good. We got a late checkout, which was nice of the hotel. The golf course at the hotel is one of the best we have played on. It was tough but had great views of the bay. Really loved the place. But it was a bit too quiet. Next time, I will do a day trip to Halong.

This place caters to rich foreign visitors from wealthier Asian countries. I met a lot of guests from Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Malaysia. To get in the area, you must pass the security gates. My cousin was driving his Kia car and they were looking at us because we had local plates. I met up with a friend who took us around to his room and out for lunch. It's a nice resort and golf course and there are a few others in Ha Long Bay for the rich foreign visitors to the area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
