Very affordable and nice hotel overall. Had a really pleasant stay. Very well located near the station. We had booked the room for two. However our room was set up for just one person with a small blanket, one towel, one pillow and one coffee sachet. Which even for one person was pretty poor but for two people it was completely inappropriate. After letting staff know it was only set up for one that said they would bring up more supplies and never did. Even after asking again I was just passed a new pillow and towel to take up myself. Ended up sleeping under a single person blanket. Fairly poor service from the staff.

Very handy to the train station, easy to find and easy to check in which was via their digital portal on site. The room was comfortable, new and well designed. Would definitely stay again. The only downside was that we wanted to have dinner there at the restaurant but they were unable to provide it due to staff availability. However, there were many restaurants close by.

Surprisingly turned out to be a pretty good hotel for the price; you can often find it discounted or lower than nearby hotels. It's at a pretty good location, as it's right by the train hub and only a few minutes from the entertainment district. Check in is pretty much self check-in via screens; the rooms are clean with showers and large enough. There's also a restaurant on the lower levels. There's not many staff, so sometimes gets difficult to ask questions or get something. They have luggage storage which worked well if you need to drop off early or even pick it up after you've checked out.

We are quite happy with the room we get (comfort king room), very spacious and beautiful room. The room is clean and we have a great stay. Small disappointing with the facility provided. We have asked before if microwave is provided (and we got a positive answer) but when we get there they say there is no such service provided. Moreover, there is some issues with the internet and is not connected to the tv (screen mirror is not available which a little bit disappointing). But in overall, the stay was pleasant. Room is unexpected very sound proof and we check-in very smoothly. A city tax is included and paid on spot. In terms of safety, we try to not getting back late so we don’t experience any bad thing during our stay.

Great location if you need just a place to stay overnight and catch a train or a plane the next day. Self check-in was fairly easy. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choices. The only criticism from me would be the tea/coffee making set up - it was poor, as if the hotel was trying to save money on such silly small things.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
