Highly recommend this hotel! Great location if you want to be able to travel by train and explore, friendly staff that went above and beyond, manager was fantastic, and the restaurant staff was top notch. We only ate breakfast there, but the breakfast staff was friendly and food was good! The room setup was a little weird with the glass shower in the living room! We sent the kids upstairs when we showered, which was fine. But the room was clean, nice , comfortable. We loved having the roof window shades open to let in the natural light. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel has an innovative suite at the top floor, the two-level suite makes it very spacious and comfortable. The closeness to the transit hub for all public transportation makes the location very convenient. However, the suite has a shower with all glass wall (see-through) which makes it unusable for a family with children. Also, the lack of chairs (only one) in the suite causes inconvenience. On the plus side, the complimentary mini bar (fully stocked with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages) and chocolate / pastries are much appreciated by the guests. If the authorities convert the shower walls to frosted glass and add one more chair to the suit, this hotel will get 5 stars from guests like me.

Great location as it was less than 5 mins to the train station. Nearby there were convenient stores and eateries and the hotel has a restaurant. It is a self check-in hotel, where you will the check-in yourself and get ready the access card yourself. They do have friendly staff around to help if you do have any issue with check-in. In fact, the staff helped me with my luggage to the lift. I like the hotel reception where it has lots of interesting books. The hotel also provide fruits and drinking water at the reception in the morning for the guest to help themselves before heading out. The room was clean and comfortable with complementary sparkling water. The hotel has a gym and sauna for its guests. We did not have the opportunity to try them out but we did go an have a look. They were well equipped and clean. The only uncomfortable thing for us was that the glass bathroom does not have a curtain, hence not suitable for non-couples to share a room. Overall, great place to stay!

Very spacious room with numerous amenities supplied. Fridge, coffee maker, shampoo, body wash, liquid soap, ear plugs, and face mask to block out light and noise. No face cloth or conditioner is provided in case you need one. We walked 10 minutes to Oktoberfest from here. The location is great being right across from train station. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We purchased breakfast with our room and so happy we did. Absolutely wonderful. A fresh selection of cheeses, juices, fruits, cereals, milks, jams, and pastries. Eggs and coffee offered to order. Would highly recommend.

I really liked the design and the feeling of being there was very pleasant and warm. The room was rather cold, I've been to hotels where I would die because it's too warm, this was a bit too cold personally. Also, the bathroom was rather dark, which isn't ideal when you're putting makeup on. Check-in was super easy for us but rated 3 because it seems a bit pointless to have a self-check-in desk if you still need to talk to a person to complete the process. Just food for thought for a more automated guest journey.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
