Awesome experience! Place is spotless, water pressure is great, 1 minute walk to Higashijujo station. You have your own bathroom and small kitchen. It is not big but the space is enough for two adults.

It has a great location. Right next to the train station and across the street is 711. However, the room is outdated, old and small. There was dust everywhere and wasn't enough room to put suitcases anywhere. The bed was not fully made up and there are thin walls. You could hear a lot in the building. Also, at night you could still hear the trains. There would be a lot of noise, so sometimes hard to sleep at night.

Very close to 2 stations, making it easy to get around Tokyo. The room we stayed in was so tiny and could have been a lot better space wise if the bed wasn’t in the built in frame/desk area. It left a small gap on the window side of the bed that could have been a lot better utilised. Not suitable for more than one person. The shower came with body wash and shampoo which was great. We were however woken up very early one morning by someone screaming and running up and down the hallway and slamming doors constantly which wasn’t great. Aside from that staff were helpful, and there was a laundry room available to use at a great price.

Good points are as follows: 1.it's in a little authentic slice of Tokyo. 2. Nobody really speaks English in the surrounding restaurants but they are very friendly. 3. The receptionist spoke good English. Bad points: 1. Rooms are tiny, like I'm talking 6.5 by 6.5 ft tiny. 2. The rooms are super old and so is the bed etc. 3. No TV larger than your tablet. 4. No sink in the bathroom. 5. The noise from the train station is a little too much. 6. Noise of people staying here was crazy! I mean as we speak its 1.47am and I can hear a whole family doing there clothes washing in the wash room, you can hear a pin drop a mile away and you can hear when anyone in here is having a shower or bowel movement. If you do stay here I suggest that you refuse to stay on the ground floor.
