Hotel room is big compared to others but the cleaningness is abysmal, looks old and dusty, smells of cigarette and while looking for bed bugs It came to my attention that the beds are the dirtiest I have seen during my stay in Japan. I feel nasty for lying on the bed after checking under the blankets. Edit: Customer service was nice tho

It felt like home! 😭💓 I truly miss my room after leaving. It was so convenient, small yet efficient (still spacious if compared to APA’s rooms or Japan’s standard in general!!). It had everything I might need ❤️❤️the staff were so kind and diligent, even though we had minimum contact. Loving it here!! 😭

Quiet place . Reception staff very helpful although they speak minimal English they used translate from their phone . Our outward flight was late and staff let us keep our large amount of luggage in their office without any extra charge and labelled our bags .the place looks outdated however was very clean , had a microwave , air con and tv . Remote control for the air con was in Japanese aswell . Tv channels all Japanese . The place provided shampoo and conditioner, cutlery, pots and plates . Fresh towels . There was also a vacuum in the cupboard.for what we paid for 5 of us at peak season it was well worth it . Near to supermarkets and restaurants. Walking distance to a shopping centre we discovered with a theme park on the last day .

The rooms were a bit small but functional. We had a mini kitchen with utensils. Check in was quick although we had some trouble with the process as we reached a bit late. And we did not know Japanese and that added a slight delay. The location is great and pretty close to Iidabashi station. Overall, a good stay.

The room was good, but the bathtub was not that good. There is also a supermarket right in front of the place which was very good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
