Spend month living there. More budget spend holiday then expensive hotel this is the place... Everything need live neighborhood... Drug stores, markets places eat. Walk distance. Train also 200m station. Best thing find dont pay for cleaning yourself.. So just fun exploring the shops spend items need like you feel like home. Staf is very friendly. Rest room all.. Things cook, fridge, boil, sit bath with shower bigg bed with good matrass.. Vacuum cleaner, wifi TV... Nop this hotel is more for me then a 2 star. Feeling live like are Japan. A real go solo traveller's or people go budget. Just a marvel.. I will go again

If you want a good cheap place to stay, this is great for you! We planned on being out most of the day so the quality of the room didn't matter too much to us. Start was really friendly! Would recommend for saving money for accomodations!

hi, im from Indonesia 🇮🇩 Hotel is located near Tokiwadai station (Narita-Ikkebukuro-Tokiwadai 🔁) and there are so many convenience stores. The room is spacious, the bed is large, there's a dining table, and there's a laundry room at hotel. i stayed for 8nights. the best option for budget saving 🫰🏻 The reception is open until 6pm and it's open again at 9am. If you check in for more than that hour, you can confirm or call the reception from the desk.

Overall a pleasant experience. The hotel is really cheap compared to other hotels in Tokyo, so you can't really expect them to provide an all-inclusive service. The room was really clean and had all of the necessary things: soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, etc. In that sense it's really all that you need for a cheap price. The room is pretty old and some of the walls even had holes in them 😅 Just so you know: the hotel doesn't provide you with cleaning services, they don't give clean towels every day etc. You'll need to wash your stuff yourself. The hotel has laundry machines(you have to buy the detergent yourself). Trash has to be sorted and disposed of by yourself.Remember, this is basically the one of the cheapest hotels in Tokyo. As for the location, it's pretty far from the city center. The subway station is 5-minute walk away from the hotel though. The area is really quiet and has all the necessary shops (and even a McDonald's near the subway station). The staff was really polite. In conclusion: if you want a cheap hotel that has all the absolute necessities - go for it. Just don't expect miracles and you will not be disappointed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
