        Huge apartments that were great value for money when we visited. Agree with others that the condition is not 4 stars, but for the price we were very happy. Location is great for exploring the city, but also means it's noisy because the city never really sleeps, and there are pubs/bars and traffic just outside the old windows.

        This is false advertising. It started with a jerky lift. No four star feel. It continued with stained and tired carpet. The floors are well beyond their lifespan, more noises than a haunted house from our floor. Then the upstairs family unit would move around, meaning sleep and peace and quiet impossible to achieve. There floor was worse than ours. We were promised fresh linen on day 3 of a 6 day stay, but alas it came on day 4.5 which just felt too little to late for us. This property promises so much in the photos, but fails to deliver. And I am a camper so my expectations are pretty down to earth. This is a 2.5 star at best, maybe 3 star if another room is better than ours. should have asked for a refund.

        Couldn’t ask for a better apartment in the CBD! The staff are amazing, very attentive and responsive. The location is perfect for anyone looking for something central. Close to all theatres, restaurants and bars. The apartments themself are very large and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend getaway or longer! Highly recommend.

        Thanks for your pathetic reply to try and re direct the terrible feedback I provided. I emailed you twice on Monday, once at 10.12 am and again at 4.29 on Monday, no response at all. I asked for a response by 10 am on Tuesday and still no response and thats when I posted my comments. You can carry on all you like, if you wanted to follow through on your offer of a refund, you would have done it and potentially had the post withdrawn. There was no intention of a refund. Why would you need housekeeping to check the apartment before qualifying if you wanted to provide a refund. I sent you photos as soon as we arrived. It was clearly filthy dirty. Enough said. Beware potential guests.

        Booked this property for my husband's business trip with a work colleague, they were horrified by the condition of the rooms, stained thread bear carpets, noisy floor boards, heard the room above, rated at 4 stars great photos, barely 2 stars and nothing like the photos - false advertising. Had to ask for clean linen that was promised on day 3 of a 6 day stay. As I have not met my husband's colleague I so was VERY embarrassed by my choice of accommodation!
