The place is really amazing. It's clean and warm. The cafe has really good food. The staff is good and helped me a lot. I would love to stay here again. The dorms are clean and well maintained. The showers are clean with hot water all the time. A safe and fun space.

One of the best hostel to stay in Kathmandu. Cleanliness was super, the bunk bed was very spacious, the staff were very friendly and polite. Just incase if you are a female travelling alone and want to stay in a female dorm, they have that too. Don’t think twice before booking, just go. I stayed there the whole time when I was in Kathmandu.

The Flock Hostel is currently the best backpackers hostel in Kathmandu. With a yoga room, restaurant, bar, reception, outdoor dining area, indoor relaxation area and awesome entrance. The staff are friendly and helpful. The meals are cheap and an excellent introduction to Nepali cuisine as well as catering to western pallets. The bar is a great place to meet other travellers and plan treks. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, have plenty of charging ports and separate lockers. The location is right in the middle of Thamel next to all the tourist sites. Lastky, the dorm prices are very cheap. I have been coming to Nepal as nice 1970 and Flock is the best place to stay in 2023. It will take some beating.

1 of the lovely hostels with full of lovely people and lovely co-travellers coming. They have 2 restaurants, 1 at the rooftop and other one big 3 floor restaurant. Both of them also offers bar. The beds were crazy big in size and comfortable, with clean sharable toilets. The rooftop also has hammock, Just come here in night full and watch the sky full of stars, One of the best experience you will have ( definitely i not able to watch it more than 5 minutes because of cold, Lol! ) but probably the best thing in summer. Overall one of the best hostel you can find in kathmandu.

Had a few issues with checking in, we stayed in the new private apartments, which are well finished and comfortable with all mod cons. For the money it’s really good value, and the hostel has a really nice vibe. The attached restaurant is excellent too, a great place to hang out and meet fellow travellers or organise activities. Would definitely come back again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
