        The hotel is consistently amazing! Its location is favorable, being in close proximity to Emirates Mall. The facilities and rooms are well-maintained and are complemented by a friendly and accommodating staff, from the reception to housekeeping. Mr. Fouad, the manager, and the rest of the team are always ready to assist in any way possible. The rooms are spacious and provide a relaxing atmosphere. Transportation access is also convenient, with nearby access to the metro and mall. Overall, an excellent experience deserving of a five-star rating. In my opinion, Flora Hotel is a lovely destination for holidaymakers.

        We were in that awful hotel for 5 days. It was the most disgusting hotel I have ever been!!! The room was very dirty and it smelled very bad, i think somebody before us smoked in the room or the housekeeper did not clean the floor! People from the frontdesk were uneducated and talked with each other to their own language, they mocked to people and talked racist words to us! Last day of our holiday i wanted to call the police because the housekeeper from the sixth floor wanted to steal my money from my purse!!! The breakfast was cold and smelled very bad! I do not recommend this hotel! I will never go to Dubai again because of this awful hotel experience !

        The hotel was very dirty and smelled very bad! People who work on the reception are from India and they are not kind with the guests! They talked with each other not in english but in their language all the time and i think it is not polite! The breakfast was very very poor and it smelled like an old meal! On our last day people from the reception and the housekeeper who clean on sixth floor wanted from us in our last minute to pay a lot of money for a broken glass above the table which was broken by the housekeeper not from us and they made a fake story that we broke it and wanted from us to pay for it ! We did not have time to call the police because our flight was after two hours and we paid them 300$ cash and in my opinion they will divide this money to them and put them in their own pockets! Please be careful and look good when you check out and take a video and pictures to your room! Otherwise people from reception and the housekeeper will work together to cheat you!

The facilities and rooms are well-maintained and are complemented by a friendly and accommodating staff, from the reception to housekeeping.         The room's spacious with a mall view on one side and view of the freeway on the other. Overall a great stay and a value for money. Location wise, 2-3 min walk to Mall of Emirates, Metro and Bus station and you can cover most of the touristy destinations by boarding a bus here. A great option There seem to be a problem with the pipes especially whenever I used the hot water channel, there's a lot of rust coming out in the form of yellow-ish water.
