We originally rented the hotel for one week, but we loved it and stayed for 2.5 weeks. Clean, new rooms, well equipped. The room has a kettle, cups, safe, hairdryer. A very cool feature of the hotel is a projector. Next to the hotel is a street with a night market, shops and cafes. The beach is very cool, clean and a lot of empty space. Special thanks to the hotel owner - Ricky! Thanks a lot! Whatever you ask, any request will be fulfilled. Ricky helped us with information about the island. I rented a bike at a comfortable price. Took me to the airport. Thanks a lot! We highly recommend!

Clean and cozy room. The silent place. 9 from 10 buildings around are abandoned so the district is not crowded. But you can find enough restaurants and markets nearby. The hosts were very friendly. The motorbike is needed if you want to visit the city, bars, parties. Every time you drive 15 minutes for one way to the city. But it was ok for me.

We stayed here for 7 days and booked directly with the hotel after the wonderful service and quick response we received when asking some initial questions about the hotel and the pools. The management here are fantastic at giving you information about the island of Phu Quoc, they offered motorbike rental as a competitive price and always checked in with us to make sure we are ok. They provided us with 2 complimentary bottles of water daily which was a nice touch. The hotel is in a village style complex with restaurants, a little market and some hotels and within this complex there are 3 shared pools which are beautiful, big and clean, the only downside is there is a lack of sunbeds around these pools but this is not the fault of the hotel and everytime we went to use the pools they were very quiet so it felt like a luxury to have these expansive pools to ourselves. The price point of this hotel is amazing and we loved the projector screen on the wall where we could watch Netflix in the room - this was a great touch! On our checkout day, the management could not do enough to help us, this makes any travel day when you have an evening flight much better. I would really recommend this hotel when staying in Phu Quoc, although you’re in a quieter area you are just 10 minutes from the main centre and you’re near all of the luxury hotels and the marina waterfront which is lovely.

Wonderful experience, lovely rooms. The best manager, speaks English very well and so helpful. Has motorcycles and cars to rent. This is a one stop place. Can arrange airport service at a small fee. Just an 8minute walk to the beach with beautiful sunsets!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
