        My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights while we were in Florence and we will definitely return. This hotel (which is actually only five rooms in an apartment building) is owned and operated by La Hotel Scaletta which is located just across the street. It was a little inconvenient to have to go there for check-in and luggage storage, but the staff at the front desk did a wonderful job of explaining everything and showing us to our room. The room was very clean and modern. Ours featured a very comfortable king size bed and spacious bathroom. Breakfast is not included with your stay but I would highly recommend the breakfast buffet at La Hotel Scaletta for an additional 10 Euros per person. The selection was expansive and the views from the rooftop terrace are unbelievable.

        The hotel has a good Location near the ponto Vecchio. For breakfast you have to leave the building and go to a hotel over the street. The woman from the breakfast Lucy is unbelievable unfriendly, never felt so unwelcome at a hotel. It a mixture between angry and ignoring, so sad! The wc is broken and you hear the noise from surrounding.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
