Absolutely loved staying here! I had friends and family book 5 of the rooms at this location and each and every person loved it too. We were here for 3 nights in the summer. Staff were amazing. Location was perfect! 100% would stay here again next time we are in town! Yes there was AC in each room. Yes the elevators worked and were great. Yes the kitchenette was perfect as we had our baby with us. We could wash bottles, cook and warm up food. It was ideal. The apartment facing the back was also ideal as it was quieter. My cousin stayed 1 night on the top floor. The suite was freeken beautiful! The balcony view of the street was beautiful and you could hear the music from the streets with the windows open. All of us came over to check it out. I took photos of that unit as our smaller studio had baby stuff all over already. Even our studio was spacious and enough for the 3 of us. The welcome Port and glasses was also a wonderful touch as it was the first time some of them got to sample it. Thank you guys for making us all feel welcomed!

My fiancé & I stayed at Flores36 for 2 nights in Porto and had a fabulous stay. The apartments are located in a great location, we walked the entire city and also over to the Gaia side. They arranged transportation from the airport for us for a fair price. The rooms were spacious, clean and as described. Reception was helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely be back to stay, great price for the location.

This is really a great experience to stay here. Centre located, easy access to the most sightseeings. The room was clean with simple kitchen facilities. The staffs were friendly as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
