Stayed twice as a couple (no children) so don't be out off thinking it is a family resort. The accommodation is huge, we had a 2 bed apartment both times, this was handy for breakfast in the morning. There is also a quiet pool if you don't want the large family one, the snack bar serving wraps and drinks is a good place to fill up for lunch too.

Lobby area is so beautiful and welcoming, staff were friendly and helpful. We were in building F and although it seemed so far from the main building it was a quick walk because of the little short cut. There were a few minor maintenance issues in our suite but they were promptly repaired once we notified the desk. The food in their Cafe is delicious We really loved all of the food that we ordered during our stay. We were fortunate enough to have a room with a view overlooking the second pool and pond it was nice to wake up to. The rooms (suites) are spacious and provided alot of space for our family of 5. Appreciated having two washrooms and laundry right in our suite.

From the moment we arrived the staff were great, friendly and helpful. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. We had 4 spacious suites in building A. All we're very clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, arcade and dj/music and just relaxing by the pool bar... I'm so happy we choose the Floridays Resort. Thank you for a great vacation.

From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was prompt and friendly. I stayed in room 606-B, which was not only clean but also provided a lake view—I enjoyed watching the turtles every morning. The room itself was comfortable, and considering the value, it's hard to beat. I highly recommend this facility if you're looking for more "home" style accommodations. The pool was a delightful addition, and the Sunday morning DJ added a fun touch to the overall experience. I had a great time and would definitely return for another stay.

This must be the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. My son walk a few steps on the carpet and his feet were filthy!! The bedding felt as it was used... Didn't look clean. I found hair. I couldn't have a good night sleep due to this and ended up sick as this whole thing triggered my asthma. And we were only there at night! Horrible. Horrible is actually nice. One of the rooms smelled like urine!. It was beyond my wildest imagination. This was cheap, but not cheap enough to be this dirty. I think the reviews about this place being clean are not real. I never once saw anyone from a cleaning crew on the hallways. Never heard a vacuum... DIRTY AND SMELLY PLACE!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
