        Stay away from this hotel! Location. Location is central close to major attractions in Rome but it is very close to Termini station and as a result, there are lots of homeless and sketchy people around. The hotel is on the forth floor and on the ground floor of the building on the way to elevator, there are homeless people sleeping, so early mornings and late evenings you literally have to step over them. Room. We stayed in superior double room, it is very small and very old. Every morning we had issue with hot water, you would need to wait 15 to 20 min before it starts running hot and some mornings we did not have it at all, we spoke to younger gentlemen at the reception, he did not seem to care much, he promised he would take care but he never did. Not a surprise at all.... Breakfast. They provide a nice continental breakfast, and they have a very nice lady working there who provides amazing service. That is the only reason i give this hotel a 2 star review, if it was not for her i would rate it as 1! Price. Definitely overpriced, there are much nicer hotels in Rome for same price and much better service! In addition to all that, on our last night at the hotel, They offered us to schedule a taxi service to airport next morning, the price was a little bit higher but we decided to use their service so we do not need to arrange a taxi ourselves, and guess what? the taxi has never arrived..... so we had a very nervous hour since it was January 1st and it was very hard to catch a taxi that morning. I hope my review will help other people to choose a right hotel in beautiful Rome, so they can fully enjoy their stay! As for me I would not consider to book this hotel even for 50 euros a night!

        So I was disappointed because the room we got looked like no one checks to see how dirty the walls are, if the clock is even working (which was not) and to make it worse breakfast was an epic fail. Everything was sweet, and they had only hardboiled eggs and were extremely overcooked (around the yolk was black) they had only regular milk or soy milk which I am allergic to both so no milk with my coffee. Worse decision renting the room with breakfast as I did not have actual options for me to eat except black coffee and toast, which is not breakfast at all. Never renting a room here.

        This is a location with a lot of sirens and the room is not especially soundproof, so you definitely get some siren noise. There's also not nighttime front desk staffing, so other guests being loud is something you just have to deal with. Our room had this weird thing where the shower light wouldn't turn off, which is generally fine, you can just close the door at night, but a little weird, you know? Service was good, although the coffee at breakfast wasn't the best.

        Great location- spacious rooms. A bit tight getting the small elevator to the 4th floor- the building has a number of hotels in it and this is one of the only issues. Front desk is very friendly. After 11pm enter the hotel with a key code. Breakfast is quite a spread in the morning and it’s excellent value for money - being almost half the price of other hotels nearby. A 8 minute walk to Roma termini with cases

        The staff was excellent and very friendly. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, they were changing towels and making our beds daily. Very fresh room, did not even use the a/c in August. Location was terrific, super close to walk to Termini on foot and also all the big sightseeing areas, also safe in the night as it is a central street. The entrance looks shady and there is not a sign that you can easily find the hotel, however once you go upstairs it is nice. The breakfast was not something fantastic, not a lot of variety and not very fresh, but for 8 euros it is okay.
