        Great hotel situated at the top of town, just a short walk to everything you need. As others have said, and as is clear at the time of booking, the hotel itself is on the top floor of the building with no lift, so please do not book if you don’t want to walk up a lot of stairs. Maria the receptionist was constantly friendly and helpful, the cleaner was also great (you must remember to put the tag in the door if you want your room cleaned, otherwise no tag means no cleaning). Gorgeous room with a small balcony with table and two chairs. Everything clean and modern. Good wifi, nice TV, very small bar fridge. Highly recommend, will be back again!

        Amazing location of villa with gorgeous rooms located on the last floor with view on Split old town. Room is decorated like in any 6* hotels, it was spotless clean and had all need amnesties. Even the Rituals toiletries which are my favorite. Hosts are amazing and very helpful with all the informations. I would definitely recommend you this place when staying in Split. Specifically because it’s walking distance from anything you need in town. Will stay there for sure when in Split again.

        Beautiful rooms, quite, short walk to the sea front. My only concern is that if you can't climb stairs, this is not the place for you. No lift and it's on the 5 floor

        Warm welcome by owner and lovely glass of bubbly and grapes. Very clean , bedding very luxurious, bathroom beautifully fitted and nice terrace. Owner and Petra couldn’t have been more helpful filling us in with all the information we needed. Only downfall were the steps up to the rooms.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
