THERE IS AN OPERATIONAL TRAIN TRACK RIGHT OUTSIDE THE HOTEL! So I was really excited about this hotel. The pics online looked great. The Riverwalk sounds like it would be fun to peruse with the family. And the outside looked so classy. Not to mention being right by the water! Can you say location, location, location. BUT, the quality of the room was only 'okay'. And maybe I was just really expecting a WOW experience. It was weird. CONS: There is a large balcony that looks out at the train tracks. No thank you. There are no shelves in the shower. Weird. We were given one washcloth for 5 people. More please. One outlet near the bed. We needed at least 2. PROS: Loved the full kitchen. Washer and Dryer in the room. Brilliant. And they provide Tide Pods! Did I already mention location? This is our first night so I'll update later.

If you like staying up all night listening to trains, this is the place for you. Of course, if you can't sleep you can always take a lukewarm shower since that is all that's available. The bed was comfortable for me but if you're taller then 5'2" it may be uncomfortable, unless you tuck your legs in fetal position. The bed is very low to the ground and short in length. I really wanted to like this place. l love the concept of this place, but not this place. While we were up listening to the frequent trains, I had plenty of time to think of a few good qualities of this place. First of all, customer service was good. I enjoyed the location by the river trail. I love that there was a full kitchen and especially appreciated that they will store your luggage for you if your room is not ready yet. There is a huge walk in closet. These are actually small apartments, not a regular hotel room. There is a huge gym with 24/7 access that was very clean. Also, the building has a pool ontop of the roof, although it was quite chilly so we didn't use it. I was surprised at the furniture at this place. Look at the attached pictures before you decide if this place is for you.

Washer, dryer, balcony and full size fridge and stove. Sounds good to me! Noisy and not perfectly clean like a five star hotel, but consider the price and location and come back to reality. We generally stay at high end hotels but loved this visit due to the amenities and location. Yes it was loud. Yes it could have been scrubbed a bit more but I would gladly go back to this place.

Love the location of this hotel! There are plenty of restaurants around as well as clubs and bars. The music from the Wharf does get loud, but it's not as bad as I thought. The apt was clean. It can definitely use an update. It was quiet and the staff was helpful. The gym was great, as well as the rooftop area. It was cold when we went so we didn't spend much time there. Parking will cost you about $40 a night, plus tax. It can very well get hot with the a/c unit. I found myself kicking the covers off in the middle of the night. There is also a lot of construction going on around the hotel as well. There are residents who live on floors 7-14, you won't have access to those floors. Only one elevator was working that whole 5 days we were there, that sucked. Beautiful view and the water ferry is free if you have multiple destinations you plan to visit. Overall, good stay. I would stay again.

I recently stayed at the Sonder Hotel, lured by the alluring photos on their website. First things first, let’s talk about the location: it’s undeniably convenient, nestled in a neighborhood bustling with restaurants. The clean sheets and towels were a comforting sight, but alas, that’s where the tidiness ended. The proximity to the train line, a mere 100 feet away, was an unexpected surprise. And not the good kind. The windows, which I quickly learned were not soundproof, offered an all-access pass to the symphony of trains throughout my stay. A unique feature, if constant rumbling is your thing. Now, onto the cleanliness, or the lack thereof. While the sheets whispered promises of hygiene, the rest of the room couldn’t keep up. The bathtub, a relic of soap scum artistry, and a floor that left my feet feeling less than fresh, were disappointments. And let’s not forget the dried contact lens on my nightstand, a tiny testament to the room’s neglected cleaning routine. But it’s not all gloomy. The hotel boasts a fantastic pool, offering a refreshing escape with great views. And the staff? Absolute gems. Friendly and accommodating, they almost make you forget about your icky feet and the lullaby of train horns all night long.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
