We were staying here at the beginning of our Thailand journey. The owners are extremely friendly, welcoming and help however they can. The rooms were super nice and breakfast just excellent. Thanks a lot for the wonderful hospitality. Totally recommend.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable accomodation during our visit to Bangkok, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. The staff here are not just nice, but incredibly accomodating, attending to every need with a genuine smile, even during super late and early check-ins. The rooms are clean and made up every day. Located in an authentic part of Bangkok, the surroundings are vibrant and rich with the local culture. Within walking distance, you'll find everything you need: street food, coffee shops, pharmacies, salons offering thai massage and a morning and evening market. Altough the nearest skytrain station is withing walking distance (10-15 mins), they offer a free tuktuk ride. One of the higlights of our stay was the breakfast experience. While a western breakfast is available, we opted for the Thai option and were blown away by its deliciousness. Overall, Ican confidently say this is the best accommodation we've ever experienced. From its impeccable service to its prime location and culinary delights, every aspect of our stay was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Exactly what we were looking for. A true B&B experience with special care and touches at every turn. The staff was wonderful from check-in to check-out—housekeeping, kitchen, front desk are all exemplary. Very safe hotel and neighborhood for women solo travelers. Great local vegetarian places, plus easy food delivery and transit. The only people who will be disappointed are those expecting a resort experience instead of a working Bangkok neighborhood - it was nice to be surrounded by other calm and thoughtful staff and tourists with similiar ethos that did *not* want the former. We will be back, if we can get a reservation!

This Bed & Breakfast was a 10/10 choice for us. It is not in the turisty area, but it is really close to basically everything in Bangkok. They offer a free tuktuk ride to the nearest skytrain station and also have a laundry service for around 200 baht. The breakfast is wonderful, I highly recommend trying the Thai option but they also have western style breakfast (toast and stuff). If you are here it's really a good idea to explore the surrounding on foot. They have a Night and Morning market, several local restaurants and street foot vendors, bank and other shops all within walking distance. The staff is on an other level, very understanding and accomodating. We arrived 6 in the morning and midnight and they did not hesitate to check us in after ringing the bell. They are very helpful in getting directions and profram ideas if you are not sure what you want to visit in Bangkok.

The Focal Local Hotel is absolutely gorgeous place. Very pretty, with a little green garden and a fountain. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Air conditioning works perfectly and quiet, so doesn't disturb your sleep. In Fact, we had a great sleep every single night of our stay. The hotel based in the quite area of Bangkok, but only 15mins walk to the train station, food shop is 2mins walk. And in the evening there is lots of little restaurants serving Thai, Chinese, Indian and Japanese food. So, this is heaven for Asian food lovers;))) The hotel's staff are very polite and respectful, very pleasant people. My husband and me, we want to say huge thank you for our super lovely stay. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
