A quiet area in the rather central location walking distance from the old city and Avlabari. Located on a wide street with free parking (no on-site parking). Area is safe and monitored by multiple cameras belonging to a few hotels in the area and a museum. No problems with parking places either. Rooms are spacious and well designed, but the floor is quite cold in winter (the room itself is warm). Good breakfast i would only want to have either Turkish coffee or espresso which was not available.

We had an absolute amazing time! Goga was the great seat help and provided outstanding service. The location is perfect, 10 minute walk from anything you could want to do, but far enough so it is quiet. I highly recommend making a booking here.

This was an amazing experience! Not only it's a beautiful spot with fantastic green views, but also staff are extraordinary and with your first visit you will fall in love to come back again every time you visit Tbilisi! Absolutely loved it and will be back in Folk definitely! I would highly recommend Folk hotel either you are a solo traveller or a couple / family, you will appreciate it. Thanks to all staff of Folk, I am grateful to your hospitality!

Pathetic service we were there for 4 nights … morning breakfast were cold not many options unnecessarily fines they gonna blame you for their own mistakes we were group of few people… no water bottle served in the morning nor housekeeping were there in last two days.. while having breakfast they milk is not available it just breads and few cold sticks thats it and a veg cold cutlet….. Won’t recommend this hotel to any of my friends…….and who said its a 4 star hotel i would say it a two star hotel

A beautiful hotel with very polite staff and a fantastic breakfast. Highlight of this property is of course the outside terrace which is right in the park. Rooms are well equipped, compact but quite pleasant to stay in. Lots of TV channels. Love it here.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
