Loved the time I spent here. Fabulous atmosphere. Super clean and all the staff were very approachable and friendly. Very relaxing and the location is spot on. Bar food from 12 to 5pm we availed of and it was delicious. I'm not a big breakfast person but we were spoiled for choice. Best nights sleep I'd had in weeks too. Few little ants in the bathroom every morning but no big deal. And what a lovely bunch of cleaning staff. Definitely would love to return in the future. Thanks guys!!

This small hotel is managed by a very nice familly and nicely situated in the village. Parking space is available all around, all the crew members are friendly and welcoming. They all do their utmost to make your stay a pleasant one, and it works! The beautiful swimming pool is equipped with lovely sun loungers, is not overcrowded and is a place of relaxation and calm. The rooms are modern, well equipped with lighting and electrical sockets, and very recent and clean (like the rest of the hotel). On the day of our arrival, we were given such good advice on the island's points of interest and restaurants that it was worthy of a very good guidebook. ...not forgetting their delicious breakfasts. We'll definitely be back!

This hotel is a gem. From the management to the staff cleaning the rooms they can't do enough for you. The rooms and communal areas are spotless. My only tiny complaint is the breakfast can be a bit cool if you are choosing the cooked option. But all around things are good.

A very friendly welcoming. Staff were attentive throughout our stay. As two women travelling, we felt extremely safe here. Every morning we were able to secure a sun bed - and no need to get up at the crack of dawn to do it. The pool area is small but perfect for what we were looking for, which was a relaxed atmosphere - away from the hustle and bustle of main stream hotels. Although we planned to venture out most days (which is why we booked on a budget), we actually spent most of our time by the pool as it was so enjoyable. Chilled music playing in the background all day, great cocktails and a nice selection of food to choose for lunch - what more could you want. The Chef salad was a winner for me. Location wise, perfect! Literally a 2 minute stroll to a wide range of local restaurants and the beautiful Kamari beach. My only gripe would be that the beds in our room were uncomfortable and the air con was not the best but for the price we paid, I really cannot complain. Over all great value for money. Thanks for a great stay Fomithea!

Due to force majour (serious healt issue of one of our parents, we had to cancel our trip to this place). Informed the owner more than a week before. She didn't want to agree to return paid money. Not even 50%. So we paid 750EUR and didn't get even single penny back for the stay we couldn't come! She was stubborn and not reluctant to understand very difficult situation we get into. It was June, so for sure there was possibility to resell this our room to some other guests, but she refused to help. Hence my note is so low. I travel to Greece very often, but it's the first time, I met such stubborn and non understanding hotel owner. PLEASE BE AWARE of such situations! During the same trip we also had other reservation, which we also down paid 100% and they also had "no cancellation policy", but the owner was normal and understandable and agreed to return us whole downpayment, although we cancelled our arrival ONLY 4 days prior to our arrival. FOMITHEA was informed more than 7 days prior to our arrival, but they refused to return. Hotel goes to my "DON'T VISIT ANYMORE" list. Bye!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
