Stay here for the location only- this is not in any way a hotel, just a room with a bed. Probably our largest complain was our room had four beds but the bathroom did not have a true door. Putting an actual door on the bathroom for even a semblance of privacy would go a long way. Check in process was overall very easy, you get codes for everything so no keys to lose. The balcony is nice. The room did have a bit of a smell when we got there, but that might have just been old.

Great location steps from Plaza de Catalunya/short walk from Gothic Quarter/La Rambla, newly renovated + clean rooms. Tight space, but pictures are accurate and reflective of this. Hard to see the sign for hotel. Building is secure and area felt safe.

if was possible to give this hotel zero star then i will have given them zero in all. during such sad times they prevent refund even though the rest of spain hotels allowed that. shame on them

Very clean, modern and comfy beds. Nice location for a city trip since you‘re in the center. We had room #108 and I think that they should let guests know in advance that the window is from frosted glass and goes to the elevator shaft.

The location is literally the best. 5 minutes walk to the old town, Ramblas and plasa de Catalonia. Also lots of cafes and restaurants around the place.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
