Was in room 4, corner room with double balcony. Most places at this price are old and not that great. Fontanella Green was fantastic. New and modern and perfect location. Other rooms looked a bit smaller so we got lucky with our room. Visit date 25th till 28th September. Switched AC off as it was cold enough inside the room. Would stay again

To expensive for what it is, the room it's realize small although the location it's really good. We waited for the guy in the reception for 50 minutes as he was working on another hotel from the same owner. When he got there he excused himself several times but and after insisting that we didn't want to wait more to have our room, it was a bit early to check in, to be fair. The problem was that he gave us our keys but didn't gave us the wifi code and more important he didn't gave us the code to enter from the street after check in hours. We had to call at 23:30 to know that code and they did respond, but we should know those informations from the beginning.

I’m sorry, I really wanted to rate this place higher but I just can’t. I’m drafting this review at 4:30 in the morning right now because I’m having the worst several night in a row sleeping due to the unbearable indoor heat. It is so unnecessarily hot in here, it feels like 90 deg on a summer day without fan or AC. Bear in mind, this is Barcelona in early March. Temperatures here have been 40-mid 60’s this week. And for some reason, the heat is blasted indoors, with no temperature control. The thermostat feels like it’s set to 73 deg F. Even opening the balcony door isn’t helping to cool this place down. In fact it is only letting in mosquitos who keep buzzing in my ear, I am absolutely about to lose my mind and I feel insane writing this right now. My partner just woke up and said ‘maybe we should open the door’ - it’s been open… ahh! Everything else was great though… Sleep is important and anyone who is familiar with sleep hygiene knows that the bedroom should be kept cool to facilitate a good night’s rest.. 3/5 :(

Great location! Clean and comfortable room, bed was so comfortable and pillows were nice, we even had a little balcony with city views. Hot water with great pressure, walking distance to just about everything including Aerobus stop, metro, supermarket, bakery and restaurants. Only negative is it can be a little noisy, our room was close to reception so a bit of noise from people coming and going but we slept well with Earplugs. Would stay here again, was great value for money.

Very good location and good room size. Our room was bigger than the pics and had a little balcony (not private). Also had a mini fridge. The bathroom was good size. They had shower gel/shampoo as amenities. Negative points: - Couldn't turn off the aircon (the first day was chilly, but eventually the weather got warmer and we enjoyed the cool air).

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
