Location is good, views from the rooms are nice as you see the green areas. The view from the breakfast room is very nice, you can see the mountains and some rabbits in their morning plays. Hotel is too expensive for what it offers especially since it's a 4 star hotel. Design of the rooms are not so good, lighting are half broken and most bathrooms don't have shower only bathtub. I find it too expensive for the services and amenities. Breakfast is good, typical European breakfast. Staff are nice and there are a few restaurants close to the hotel. Hotel itself doesn't have a restaurant. Check is by 3pm and doesn't change even if you arrive early, no flexibility. Complimentary water for everyday you stay.

Half of the lamps in the room are unfortunately broken. The furniture is getting on in years and unfortunately cleaning is not taken very seriously. Parking spaces for rent are very small and lead through a maze of corridors, all of which are very reminiscent of a bunker than a 4 star residence. The breakfast is very scarce. The staff is not very friendly. Mostly older couples are served. Young people are simply ignored. The reception is very friendly and courteous. Also in the spa is very nice staff. Unfortunately, you always have breaks because others want to get in. Enjoyment is something else. To not stay overnight in Milan it is okay. Not recommended as a vacation hotel. Prices for the food are overpriced. It is better to go to the adjacent restaurant. Very Italian and nice.

It must have been very nice once. But the technique, the shower, etc. no longer work. The breakfast very boring and very noisy in the rooms. Do not use there services it is about twice as expensive

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
