Nice comfy Hotel at a good location. High quality room materials, good beds. The view is cool too. 4 Minutes from Kinshicho station, which will pretty much get you anywhere in Tokyo without much complication. You only interact with the staff when you want to, otherwise you are left to have your peace. Price/value ratio is good.

The hotel is located right next to the JR Kinshicho station and directly connected to the subway station, which makes it very convenient. Service at the front desk was generally good. However, while the room size was good, it was a little dated, and there were some visible dusty spots. The room was also quite dark even with the lights at their brightest. The washing machines and dryers in the laundry room also had quite a bit of dust on them.

Close to everything important, Skytree view room did not disappoint. Staff were lovely and very helpful, even speaking English to help us through any questions we had.

Reception staff is not helpful and friendly. When asking him question about wifi, he felt impatient and black face. Stay for 4 nights, but the choice of food for breakfast is the same, a bit boring although the quality is good. Very very good location, very closd to the Kinsincho station.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
