Location is very good, 2-3 mins walk from MRT station (Zhongshan Junior High - Brown line). Counter staff is very helpful and attentive. He offered laundry rack when he saw me during laundry and always welcoming. Room condition is average - not for those who are clean freak. You get what you pay for so do not have high expectations. Internet is intermittent, most time works fine. Uses self check-in machine. Unlimited bottled water, washing machine and detergent powder provided. They also placed travel essentials like power plug adapter, charging cables at the counter.

Horrible experience! The reviews are not reliable because the guests got a Starbucks voucher for leaving five star review. The room is tiny, the carpet is dusty. I booked a non smoking room but the whole room and hall smells like cigarettes. Not children friendly because there are mirrors all over the room. The owner promised the refund, but I have not received it. He sent me a very rude, insulting message questioning me ehi I turned on children’s channel in the room as a mother traveling with a kid!!! Extremely bad experience!

This is a budget hotel so you need to adjust your expectations accordingly. The small (but clean) room had a window with no view; queen bed was comfortable. 24" LCD TV had limited fuzzy channels, but I watched my own HD programs via my own Chromecast plugged onto their TV. A dehumidifier which was cramped under the mini wall-mounted desk along with a ceiling-mounted air conditioner kept things comfortable in the room. A mini-bar sized refrigerator is also provided. Bathroom was small but adequate. Everything in the room and bathroom had a modern theme to it and seemed like it was recently remodeled and well-maintained. The narrow entrance of this place is well hidden from the main road. You'd be forgiven for thinking this was some sketchy pay-by-hour place looking at the entrance. But it's not. I'd give them 5-stars if they'd only remodel the entrance to the same "modern" theme... even if it's located in an alley. Location is also pretty good if you're using the public transport system.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
