I have to say I didn’t know what to expect when we pulled up but this place should never be looked at like on brand hotel this place had an atmosphere like no other the owners where top notch people the room was a room who cares you’re in Florida go out side . The pool was warm and made for a good spot to meet people . The beach is a hop skip and a jump away . I will return for sure !!!!

While staying here I wanted to just know where to eat and check out some good spots. Andreas at the front desk was l super helpful and funny and made checking in and out easy. Cute rooms and perfect distance from the beach.

Let's see. One night stay just passing thru. Front desk was not open and no one was available at check in due to, I was told, employee had to leave to pick up her kids. There was an incredibly strong bleach smell. Most likely to mask bad smells. Smallest bathroom I have ever seen. Fridge very loud and it leaked overnight creating a small puddle on the side of the room wetting bed sheets. Horrendous bed firmness/feeling. Weird smells everywhere. Shady characters around the tiki bar most of the night. Talking loudly about illegal activities and a possible fight among them. Room door didn't seal properly and the handle was practically falling off. Had to barricade with dresser just to feel safe. Will most definitely not stay there again.

Clean rooms, nice staff, good price. That being said, there was no coffee pot in room and the breakfast included doesn't begin until 8:30am. So that means no coffee till half morning is over. Very disappointing in availability of coffee, along with breakfast consisted of bread, pastry, applesauce and orange juice. We had to go buy breakfast and coffee every morning we stayed here. Also, no internal lock on the door and no do not disturb sign. So they enter your room whenever you're gone, anytime they want. They did clean it every day though. But I like having control over the place I stay.

Speedy check in and check out by Spanish young man at the counter. Very friendly and speaks Spanish. Checked in late at night and left early in the morning to catch my flight. Nice rooms and location. Will come back again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
