Anna is an incredible host who will do anything she can to help your trip go smoothly and well! The rooms are super clean, and the location is convenient — right in the middle of the Old Quarter. A safe haven in the chaos of the city. Anna also helped us arrange our tickets to our next destinations! You can’t go wrong staying here! I highly recommend it :)

The host Anna was really super friendly and helpful! She responded quickly and helped organize the bus. The room was simple but clean. However, the accommodation is in the middle of a party street and so it was noisy in the room at night. So if you are sensitive to noise, you should choose accommodation outside that area.

Anna was really sweet and friendly. I got a warm welcome, and she helped me with recommendations in the area. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is super central, right in the middle of the Old Quarter, walking distance to many interesting places, cafés and bars. Unfortunately the loud party music from nearby Beer Street kept me up. Because of this, I left after only 1 night. It did stop at some point in the night (maybe 2 am?). After that it was very quiet. If you are a light sleeper and plan to sleep before 2 am, I would not recommend this accommodation. But if you are planning to go out anyway or can sleep through anything and you want an affordable, central stay, then this is the place for you. Even at the affordable price point, I think there is some low hanging fruit to make the rooms much nicer. My room felt cluttered (for example, there was a random suitcase) and lacked nice lighting. The soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower were empty. If these things were fixed, this homestay would earn 5 stars from me.

A lovely homestay located in the middle of Hanoi’s old quarter! We spent several nights here and Anna (the owner) was very kind and helpful. She gave us many recommendations and was able to get us a cheap taxi to/from the airport and helped us book a lovely trip to Ha Long Bay. She was attentive and caring and made sure to check in with us regularly to see if all was okay. The rooms we stayed in were clean, spacious and had airconditioning. The entrance may be tricky to find, so pay attention and don’t walk past it! Overall a 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend! Thank you for a lovely stay Anna!

Right, the rooms are clean and functional, with a fridge. On the 3rd and 4th floors, the noise level of the Old Quarter penetrates a little less at night, I'd say. I was always able to get a good sleep. However, I came and stayed because of Anna. She went out of her way all too often to help me with my questions and requests. Before my stay she had already provided plenty of written information. She made an offer for a cruise in Halong Bay as well as for the Ha Giang Loop. Not to mention all the bus tickets, which I didn't have to worry about. At last, Anna is also committed to sustainability - and a lovely person to boot!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
