Not recommended for families and who need good rest at night. I stayed there one week and cant sleep even one day everyday they have night party with heavy music.Even the toilet isn’t flush properly. They dont have cancellation policies so my family forcefully stayed there one week

I stayed at 2 nights. I could sleep at 2 nights because of it has “7” bar and dance bars together. I asked for to change my room. But they said it is full booked. Unit 4 in the morning. You could not sleep. Because of music.

One of my worse experience ever. Staying at this property was a nightmare. Staff at the check in desk was quite unfriendly, unwelcoming, rude and unprofessional. This hotel has 06 bars. After 7 or 8 pm weird people come in and out of the property all the time and this goes on until 04 am. Music was too loud all night. I requested them for a room change. They said, there are no rooms available. But they were lying, because they offering the rooms to the new comers. They have their own foreign exchange rate, different than the whole market, when they are collecting the tourism fee.i could not sleep for two nights. If you are traveling with family, and if you want to rest at night, then this property is not for you.

Not 4 star as they advertise it but it's a good hotel. Rooms were good. The breakfast was sufficient variety. Service is nice. Did not like the smell of alcohol in the lobby though. Plus the music going on till very very late night can get disturbing. Other than that it's value for money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
