▪︎Very noisy (you can hear everybody in the rooms) ▪︎No heating system (I stayed in january, so it was so cold) ▪︎Useless kitchen (just a microwave and boiler, so no possibilities to cook) ▪︎Bad location, 45 min walk from the city center. However, the metro is just by the corner, and it is very convenient. I wouldn't recommend staying there even if the price seems cheap. The photos of the rooms, kitchen, and bathroom don't match the reality. Moreover, the owner is quite rude. It may be better to opt for a solution in the city center.

The only good thing is that service let us to check out early in the morning. Also the price was good. Night in the room was terrible and cold. Temperature dropped below 15°C. The walls were rotted. Very high humidity made our towels even more wet after the night than straight after showering. During the night we could hear anyone walking by the house. It makes me wonder why all the windows are still opened everywhere. The service started to tidy up the apartement after we arrived. Even he knew what time we were going to arrive at. We had fear to use the kitchen. At least the water in shower was hot. There was Free WiFi, which is great. We recommend to use public transport instead of walking to the airport. In an attached image there is a special kind of wall that lets the light from another room pass to your. When you forget keys from the room, you can knock on your neighbours and get to your room through the wall.

Besides that everything in this hostel is insanely gross and that I did not even get a normal blanked which made me very cold during the night, this wasn’t even the worst part. The worst part is the host, he is one of the worst persons I’ve ever met. One night, we were calmly brushing our teeth in the kitchen, which apparently was not allowed. Instead you should do it in the bathroom which is 20cm further, very logical???? Then the host started shouting at us and waking all the other guests. When we confronted him the next day, he refused to apologise and when we finally got an apology out of him, you just saw in his eyes he didn’t mean any of it. He is honestly one of the worst persons I’ve ever met.

We chose this place for the low price but there is nothing about our visit to Lisbon that I regret more. Not only is the place much dirtier and broking than you see on the pictures, but also the host is the most rude person I have seen in Lisbon with no reflective capacity. In the middle of the night he woke us up because he was screaming to some other guests. Initially he was not even planning to apologize to any of us. He blames it to the fact that he has a hostel and does not have a lot of sleep but that is definitely not our problem and we should not suffer from that. We were really considering to switch hostels, but there was nothing affordable available in the area and we had already payed. Save yourself stress, frustration and sleepless nights by not going here.

Very bad experience. No facility at all. Dirty and used bed sheets. The kitchen and toilet are dirty. Serving badly.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
