Fantastic hotel from start to finish. Situated in a perfect location for access to the best restaurants, bars and shopping. The staff were personable, professional and helpful. The rooms, although small, are finished to a high standard, clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and unique. Would highly recommend and plan to stay again.

First of all our express check-in was late due to room not being ready we were told it will be ready in 5 minutes, but had to wait over an hour😒. Eventually we we're given our room card but it didn't work😮‍💨. After going back to reception they told us we had the wrong room. They reprogrammed our key card and sent us to a different room. Ohh dear, what a shock for us and the person we walked in on. What a mix up. Not an experience Id care to repeat. On checking out thay wanted to charge us for breakfast that was supposed to be included. I believe I've been over charged and wasn't given a bill breakdown.😡 Needless to say it was a very poor customer experience from the get go. Didn't look like front of house had a clue to be very honest. On a positive side the hotel location was great with easy walking distance to all attractions, the hotel was immaculate and Ashes restaurant was excellent.👌 To sum up 5 star accommodation with 2 star customer service.

Had a very enjoyable stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The staff were very warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The bedrooms are slightly on the smaller side but are beautiful and luxurious and have everything you need including, fold away ironing board, iron, hair dryer, mini bar, blue tooth speaker, tea and coffee facilities and even an umbrella. Not forgetting the wonderfully comfortable bed. This was the perfect location for us as we needed something central and near the Albert Hall which actually turned out to be a minutes walk away. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Fantastic. Stay here. Location is perfect- just across from MCCC and nestled amongst fun restaurants and bars. The room was fantastic. Great bed, fluffy towels and dressing gown, deep pillows. Immaculately clean. Mini bar, coffee. Everything you need. Restaurant and bar are brilliant and very reasonably priced. The team on duty were warm, welcoming and can't do enough to make your stay perfect. Enjoy your stay and I will definitely stay whenever I'm in Manchester.

I checked out two hours after check-in, and as a newly opened hotel, the smell of paint in the room was extremely strong. When I reported this to the hotel they said there was nothing they could do about it. My advice is for your health and safety don't book a hotel that doesn't provide fresh air to its customers.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
