Appeared to be a fantastic little place. Unfortunately the rooms that were available were just too pricey to justify for a quick night stay for me. In my case the Marriott down the road was $150 cheaper from the night. Had I been traveling with my Wife I think we will take an advantage and enjoy the spot and all the creativity and had to offer.

This past Sunday, I had the pleasure of attending a wedding at the FOUND:RE hotel. I loved the overall aesthetic of the hotel—very diverse art work and the minimal yet modern furniture. The restrooms offered a unique surprise, plenty of non-binary restrooms guest. The wedding reception itself was very quaint for about 80 guests. The wait staff were very personable and tentative to the needs of the guest. Shortly after being seated were greeted by wait staff to take our drink orders from the open bar. This responsive service continued throughout the evening. The menu option was very eclectic—offering a wide range food choices for those who eat meat to those who prefer vegetables (like me). Again to my surprise the food was seasoned well. My partner and I truly had a good time and enjoy the venue.

I attending an astrology dinner earlier in December with some friends and was EXTREMELY disappointed. This was a complete scam, the event described to us was laughable compared to what we actually experienced. We were told 3 specialty drink would be included with the dinner. Upon arriving, no drinks were included. Anything you wanted to drink was extra. It was also stated we would be given a full deep dive into everything Sagittarius. That was a joke, we had a random basically “fun fact” card on our plate. No one from the hotel staff even spoke to introduce the event, they just started coming out with food. And not to mention the food was well below average, serving what looked like the odds and ends leftovers from Thanksgiving… If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your money, the staff won’t even rectify or apologize for this absolute fraud of an “event” they put on.

*DO NOT RECOMMEND* My friends and I went to a dinner event that the hotel was hosting. The event was marketed as an astrology themed dinner, but the event was a complete scam and a laughable disaster. Before purchasing tickets I called the manager to determine details of the dinner. The price of the ticket was $70+, so I wanted to get full details before myself and my friends purchased the ticket. The manager who I spoke with (I should have got his name but I didn’t) confirmed there was going to be someone presenting and doing a full “deep dive” on all things Sagittarius. That never happened. Nothing about astrology was even discussed. The manager advised 3 specialty cocktails were going to be included with the tickets. When we got there, we found out zero drinks were included. The manager advised there would be a tarot card reading. There was not a tarot card reading. Now for the food. The food was just as AWFUL as the experience! It was disgusting. They fed us leftover Thanksgiving items from the week prior and then the main course was duck. This is a prime example of being scammed. The details on the event website were very vague, so that is why I called to get an accurate sense of what the evening would look like. I was ‘sold’ on something that was completely a scam and didn’t even exist. To add some humor — This is equivalent to the Fyre festival. People show up to an event after being told what to expect and then the complete opposite happens. I addressed this with management (Chris is his name) and he refused to refund my friends and myself for the ticket that we were scammed. Chris did not even apologize for the situation. If you work in hospitality and customer service you need to pay close attention to feedback and making things better — it’s called the client experience. Listen it would one thing if we just showed up to the event without knowing what to expect, but the expectations were set and the delivery failed.

We love this gem of a place! 3rd time staying here and it feels like coming home. Bethany at reception is amazing and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Centrally located to everything downtown Phoenix has to offer. No cookie cutter rooms here. Each room artisanally decorated with a cool funky vibe. Love it!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
