        This was the best night's stay of my entire life! I called to find out availability like 10 minutes before we have arrived. The Room was so neat and tidy and clean and ready for us. From the security outside the building to the reception staff inside, the porter and every staff member that walked passed us was friendly and smiling. Everything in the room was perfect, the Wi-Fi worked and was fast. This was money spent well! Unfortunately we did not eat at the restaurant but passing there the food look soooo good! I would stay there time and time again. Thank you so much for making our stay the best!

        This is probably the worst place I ever stayed and paid over R2052 for. Just the previous weekend I stayed at Newlands Apartments and it was so much cheaper and so clean. So let me explain what happened. Last week Friday 29/12/23, booked twin bed room. 1) Firstly there was no parking, looked for parking area for over 15min. Phoned the hotel but no answer. so had to Park at the PnP parking and walk 5min with luggage to the hotel, which was dangerous. 2) Arrived at reception, room is not reading. They have to clean it. I’m tired, but we have dinner in the restaurant. It is 10h30pm and the room is not ready. Continue to wait. I feel nauseous, I had dialysis the morning. The dining room was exceptionally hot. Finally around 11pm the room is ready. I’m tired, I’m working the Saturday. 3) the room is so small. There is popcorn on the floor. The shower looks so dirty, that I don’t want to shower without flip flops, because it looks like I’ll get athletes foot. 4) the next morning I get up to go to work. I can’t shower, because the shower is dirty and I had to walk all the way to the PnP parking I honestly deserve a partial refund to this place. Also I can commend the Man for took my luggage upstairs, he was so professional I would not recommend this place

        I am loving the place. The view from my hotel room is awesome. My room is beautiful. The staff is helpful and very very friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets have a variety of well cooked/prepared food to try. Their TV's are a bit outdated though but I don't watch TV. The only problem I have noticed is the poor WiFi connection, I hope they resolve that. Otherwise, 5 ✨ it is!

        A hotel in the heart of the mother city. Beautiful view and very close to all the places of interest and public transport if you feel like chilling and enjoy the ride and breathing views. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. I have enjoyed my stay and chilling at the swimming pool !!!

        I am currently in the hotel, 2nd night. Worst experience ever. From dripping aircons, non working aircons, wet beds, broken cupboards and no one to assist. Even the power ran out. I've spoken to all staff on duty since Monday, Yolanda, Lusanda, Naomi. Everyone just gives us a blank look. We are booked for a week living in misery. Is there anyone that can get us in contact with the director of this group.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
