This hotel is spacious in all aspects, starting from the big hall and reception area, guest rooms and bathrooms and ending with a welcoming restaurant that serves daily breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also has a reasonably equipped gym, where all basic equipment required for regular players can be found. Despite the comfort and space in each room and the incredible quietness, the furniture is a bit dull and looks somewhat old. The reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff were all friendly and attentive. A request for a late check-out was immediately fulfilled although the hotel occupancy seemed high. In addition to furniture, the quality of food at the restaurant is a point for improvement above the average tasting dishes offered at lunch.

A great place for a relaxing stay especially for families.. They had a wide variety of breakfast items doing perfect justice to all the dishes being served. Connecting link to the Mall was an interesting feature which works well for a convenient walk for a quick shopping without going out of the hotel! Overall a joyful and memorable experience and wished we could extend the stay! Thanks for the staffs at the reception and room service for their great customer service which actually deserves an extra ⭐ making it a 5 ⭐ experience. Keep going!!

Had a nice stay in the hotel. Our room was somehow upgraded in a spacious room with a balcony and a nice street view. My only comment is during our breakfast service wherein we were asked to transfer 2 times to a table which is unlikely. Had a lot of stays in other hotels including other rotana hotels and it was our first time to experience it by my family. Anyway, breakfast was good though. I would still recommend this hotel.

Really nice place. Very clean inside and modern finishes. Very large and spacious rooms hotel Has plenty of parking and valet parking. Nice pool area. Excellent range of food for breakfast. Huge variety. Staff were super friendly. Very professional. Nice and pleasant stay. Room facilities were excellent. I used room service and was very impressed. Great WiFi signal throughout hotel. Parking is plentiful . Large mall connected with hotel those who want day to day items or general groceries. Would love to stay again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
