Four Points by Sheraton Budapest Danube exceeded my expectations! The charming riverside location offers breathtaking views. The staff's hospitality was impeccable, and the rooms were clean and well-appointed. The on-site dining was a delightful culinary experience. A stellar stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Quite new Sheraton hotel. As for rooms and infrastructure, an enjoyable full 4-star experience. Atmosphere is rather business-like but ok. Good breakfast but the lunch/dinner menu + experience are definitely below standard. Staff and service not bad but there is some room for improvement here. Fresh hotel team but they need to get (more) in shape. If they tackle the weak spots in the right way, it will become a nice and solid hotel.

Four Points by Sheraton Budapest is a lovely hotel. It's located near the water. The customer service was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and had great suggestions. I believe it's a newer property. The rooftop bar didn't have any mocktails as of yet. The lobby was cute. The small restaurant you can see from the front door/ desk. The breakfast was good. There is a working computer and printer in the lobby. My only concern was that whatever housekeeping used to freshen or clean the room was SO STRONG. We had the balcony door open for 3 hours trying to get some fresh air. The chemicals triggered my allegories. I was miserable and unable to sleep. I coughed all night. I showered multiple times trying to clean my nasal passage. I didn't ask to move because I was checking out in the morning. Lastly, I was doubled charged for my room. I'll have to deal with that issue after holiday. I believe the staff were new. I probably could not stay again for fear of the cleansers smells. It was horrible.

Hi, I had a great experience with the staff that was serving me and my girlfriend for 2 days up on the 9th floor like we was VIP. The room we was got was conveniently next to the roof bar. Daniel was surperb and served us a great suggestion for Hungarian wine bottle the second night and third night the beer he recommended was top notch and was exactly what we needed. I wanted to make sure he got kudos for his service. He was best employee that we interacted with and he even saved the rose we accidentally left at the bar the night before. Very meaningful. The room got one less star due to mildew found in the coffee pot and I couldn’t serve myself but I still give hotel 5 stars.

One of Budapest’s newer hotels, recently opened. Stayed here for 3 nights. Was a pleasantly comfortable stay but not the best. The rooms were clean and new with comfortable beds. We were upgraded to a superior guest room with a balcony and a beautiful view overlooking the Danube river. The sunsets were lovely! Unfortunately for a new hotel, no USB ports or enough plug sockets. Housekeeping did not make up our room on one of the days which is disappointing. The staff were fairly friendly, though lacking hospitality and good service, need more training. We had free breakfast included as a welcome gift. The food selection was poor and on our last day, almost all the breakfast buffet was finished before 10.30am even though breakfast ran until 11am. We were told the hotel ran out of eggs and they could not do much about this. I would expect more from a 4 star hotel. The staff did not seem to care. Location is not ideal if you want to get to the city centre and walk around. It is in a quieter residential area and we heavily relied on getting taxis or buses to get around. Good spot if you are looking for something in a more chilled, quieter area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
