We stayed one night in December and the front staff were awesome. We arrived early and they actually let us in to our room. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been given the excuse “The room isn’t ready; come back at 3pm” from every other hotel I’ve stayed at. I researched other hotels near Pike Place Market and the going rate for parking your car was $70 USD. That’s like $100 CAD for parking. Insane. Four Points charged only $20, and Pike Place was super easy to get to by walking to the Space Needle monorail station. The front staff let us leave our car a few extra hours after check out time, at no charge. They were super helpful and accommodating for our stay! The neighborhood has bars, restaurants, pizzerias, coffee shops all within an easy 5-10 minute stroll. Location of this hotel is good, and there were no vagrants around like I saw around Pike Place Market area. Cool to see the Space Needle light up the clouds at night with the laser lights! We loved our visit to Seattle!

If you are like me and OVER the airbnb nonsense/cleaning fees etc and find yourself looking at hotels again then this is a great choice. They get a lot of things right and only one thing wrong the heavy doors of the rooms slamming shut is bonkers loud. Manny, at the front desk was great - really appreciated his professionalism AND his friendliness after a long drive in a storm. Very happy I've returned to hotel stays.

A reasonably nice place, and a convenient location for things around the Space Needle, Climate Pledge Arena, etc, The bath towels could most certainly be upgraded to something a bit softer. The breakfast buffet was pretty good and reasonably priced for this point in time and the people waiting on us were very nice.

The construction noise warning isn't fake, and there's construction on the roadside next to the hotel, making it slightly annoying to walk around the area. Do try to visit for weekends instead, if you want to avoid the mess. Otherwise, great room and location for its price! The service can be a bit slow to receive but they'll usually follow up and take care of things. There's a gym. There is breakfast but $20 per person. Parking is also not complimentary.

Your basic Marriott. Room was nice, though a little warm for me and I couldn't get it lower but it wasn't a huge deal. Staff was amazing and location great.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
