        We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton in Edinburgh for 3 nights and our feelings are mixed. The hotel has good location as it is close to the Haymarket train station, there is a good pizzeria nearby, Dean Village is "almost" behind the corner and if you need anything, you can always use Tesco Express nearby. It is a smaller hotel and we, unlike some others, cannot complain about the noise from the outside. However, when it comes to the noise in the hotel, it is true you can hear everything happening in room next door or in the hallway. Room is a bit small but sufficient when it comes to short period of stay. What surprised as the most were two things...first, the room was very cold and even though we had amended the temperature, it was still really cold. Second thing was the toilet paper - when we arrived, we only had 1/3 of toilet paper left, next day by the evening there was none so in the morning, we have left a note on the bed for housekeeping with a request for a new one (we asked them kindly and thanked them in advance) but to our surprise, when we returned to our hotel room in the late afternoon, there was no toilet paper even though the note had disappeared. We had to use tissues. Yes, we could have gone to the reception but we were very tired and toilet paper is something that is a standard in any hotel we have ever stayed in. They should work on housekeeping since now we can only give them 1/5 stars for their cleaning services. As for the breakfast, it was the same food every morning but that it did not bother us. Big thank you goes to the man with glasses (unfortunately I do not have his name) in the restaurant - he was truly amazing! Overall, breakfast was tasty and you can choose from different things. Receptionists were nice and kind and answered all of our questions.

        For breakfast it's the very same menu the entire week! The staff were so gentle and their service was nice. But about the infrastructure, one main problem/drawback is that, the rest room wasn't operational like normal western ones. Except this, all rest was good.

        The Four Points by Sheraton in Edinburgh was a mixed bag for me. While the Sheraton brand typically carries with it a reputation for quality and comfort, this particular location fell short in a few key areas. Firstly, the lack of air conditioning was notably problematic. While Edinburgh isn't renowned for its scorching temperatures, it's still essential for guests to be able to control the climate in their rooms for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the absence of a concierge service meant we were left to handle our own luggage, which, while not a deal-breaker, is an unexpected inconvenience at a hotel of this caliber. However, I must stress that the saving grace during our stay was the exemplary staff. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was palpable. They went above and beyond to mitigate the shortcomings of the hotel, even attempting to relocate us to another Sheraton property. Their efforts did not go unnoticed, and I'm deeply appreciative of their genuine concern and proactive approach. That said, it's essential to highlight that the Four Points brand comes with certain expectations. Guests anticipate specific standards and services synonymous with the name. Unfortunately, this Edinburgh location didn't align with those expectations.

        Great stay! Can't complain, my only advice is to give people more coffee training to ensure the coffee people order is correct and that their staff can grow skills - not a negative remark but a constructive one!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
